French rock band Hearscape is pleased to announce their signing with Epictronic Records for the release of their highly anticipated album “Transient”. The album is set to release on May 5th, 2023, and will be available on all major music platforms. Hearscape was created in Lyon, France, by a group of five talented musicians who share a passion for musical creation. Their sound, which is influenced by the British band Archive, is a unique fusion of rock, pop, and progressive rock, enhanced by an electro-inspired keyboard. Their songs are built on arpeggios, ostinati on piano, a touching lead guitar, and an omnipresent drum, creating a dynamic and hovering atmosphere that perfectly complements their mysterious and metaphorical English texts. The album “Transient” takes listeners on a musical journey across a range of human emotions, from love to anxiety and depression. Hearscape’s goal is to offer an elaborate, rich, and intense musical universe with lyrics that can speak and touch a large audience. Their modern rock sound may remind some listeners of Muse and Radiohead, but the addition of counterpoint vocal harmony and electronic sounds make their music unique and unclassifiable, just like Hearscape. Produced and recorded by Tim Swistek and Henri Barbeau at l’Assemblage in the cognac vines of western France, “Transient” features the following band members: Léa BERTHOUX (Lead vocal, Keyboards), Félix ANTON (Guitar, backing vocals), Tristan VELARDO (Guitar, backing vocals), Clément PETIT-PIERRE (Bass guitar), and Julien GIET (Drums). In a statement about the signing, Hearscape said, “After years of epic live shows and the release of our first single and music video ‘Elusive’ in 2019, we are proud to announce the release of our first album ‘Transient’ under Epictronic Record label on May the 5th, 2023. We’re excited to offer our music to a wider audience and share our musical journey with the world.”
