Brit-Pop Rock Discovery SICKY Drops New Single “Just Me”

Brit-pop rock artist Sicky has released a new single, Just Me. The track blends vulnerability with defiance, pairing sharp, vivid lyrics with a driving rock energy. It touches on themes of feeling unseen, carrying scars, and ultimately finding strength in being yourself.
Rather than sinking into self-pity, Just Me stands as a statement of identity. It’s a song that turns isolation into pride, delivered with the edge and honesty that define Sicky’s sound.

Just Me is from SICKY’s album Troubled Delight, released via Epictronic. Recorded mostly at home with raw, simple instrumentation, the album grew organically, featuring unconventional sounds—from makeshift percussion to church bells, shopping centre doors, and a Quatermass and the Pit sample approved by Hammer Films. Scrappy, joyful, and under three minutes per track, Troubled Delight turns life’s highs and lows into relatable, fun music.
