‘Wasted Entertainment’ takes aim at our obsession with social media, calling out the endless scroll that eats away those precious hours of our lives. It’s one of the heavier songs on the album, built on an early riff and loaded with punchy textures and layered sounds that took me a few tries to get right. Recently, I met someone who said it was their favourite track on the whole record – so crank it up!
BLOOMINGTON, IN – Hard rock band Bastion Rose is set to release their new single, “Atlas Slumbers,” on Friday, October 3rd. The powerful new track will serve as a preview of their highly anticipated full-length debut album, Traces of Gold, which will be available everywhere on Friday, November 7th. “Atlas Slumbers” tackles a profound concept, reimagining the Greek myth of Atlas. The song’s narrative follows a weary Atlas as he makes the ultimate choice to abandon his burden and let the world fall. The lyrics explore the struggle of shouldering immense weight and the ultimate liberation found in letting go. With powerful riffs and a cathartic build, the song is a compelling blend of classic rock’s darker angels and the modern intensity of post-grunge and metal.
Traces of Gold is a testament to resilience, transforming personal adversity into a powerful, authentic, and emotionally charged musical experience. The album builds on the success of the band’s debut EP, Fade to Blue, which has garnered over a million streams, as well as previously released singles from the album, “Humble Me,” “Cinnamon Fire,” and “Garden of Stone.”

Emerging in 2021 from Bologna, Italy, epoimóriròmiope fuses Metalcore, EDM, and Alternative Rock into a genre-defying sound. Originally a one-man project, it has evolved in both style and lineup—from the dark trap influences of Vincoli (2021) to the electronic experiments of kabukimono (2023). Singles from these albums remain on YouTube but have been withdrawn from streaming platforms to mark a fresh start with the definitive lineup and sound.
Lyrically, the project has shifted from social observations to exploring the darkest corners of the human soul. The latest album, “ricordi di un tempo mai esistito”, delves into separation, loss, regret, anger, anxiety, and reflections on death and life’s fleeting nature. Modern rock sound explorers The Nude have signed an international deal with Epictronic Records for the release of their debut full-length, “Stand and Be Recognized,” which will be released worldwide on August 8, 2025.
Blending the primal power of metal, the groove of funk, the urgency of punk, and the grit of the blues, The Nude brings a bold new voice to modern rock. Formed in a Brooklyn rehearsal room on March 24, 2023, by four artists hailing from South Africa, Michigan, and beyond, the band emerged with a singular question: When revenge is diabolical and forgiveness feels like defeat… what if there’s a third path?
That question became a mission. Stripping away pretense, rejecting autotune and image-driven artifice, The Nude was born to confront life in its rawest form—through music that’s visceral, vulnerable, and honest.
Their debut album, Stand and Be Recognized, is a deeply personal exploration of self-mastery through chaos and catharsis.
