  • GREYLINE Signs With Epictronic; Debut Album In Progress — New Single “Outside” Out Now

GREYLINE Signs With Epictronic; Debut Album In Progress — New Single “Outside” Out Now

Epictronic is thrilled to announce the official signing of Germany’s rising alternative/nu-metal powerhouse, GREYLINE, to its global roster. This partnership kicks off today with the release of their second single, “Outside,” a precursor to the band’s highly anticipated debut album slated for mid-November 2026.

GREYLINE’s music deals directly with mental struggles, self-doubt, and the search for stability, offset by recurring themes of hope, self-discovery, and personal strength. Their sound draws on the weight and urgency of early 2000s nu-metal: heavy guitar riffs, driving drums, and vocals that shift between vulnerability and raw intensity, updated into a contemporary format without losing the directness that defined the genre.

The single “Outside” takes on the experience of being stuck in a repetitive daily routine, the feeling of moving through the same loop without relief, and the moment of breaking out of it. Stepping outside. Noticing that clarity and space were there all along.

The single follows the band’s debut release, the first single Voices and sets the tone for what to expect from the upcoming album.

  • Italian Progressive Metal Visionaries GanEden Sign Deal with Epictronic

Italian Progressive Metal Visionaries GanEden Sign Deal with Epictronic

Epictronic is pleased to announce the signing of Italian progressive metal band GanEden. The label will reissue the band’s debut album, Gan Eden, marking their first release under the Epictronic imprint.

GanEden was formed in Trento in 2023. The four-piece — Davide Battisti (drums), Andrea Gottoli (guitars), Morena Dallapiccola (vocals), and Carlo Mirabassi (bass), plays progressive metal built on structural complexity and a range of genre influences, spanning aggressive riffing to atmospheric, introspective passages.

“Gan Eden” is a concept album that revisits the Book of Genesis through a speculative lens: Adam and Eve not as divine creations, but as genetic experiments conducted by a higher intelligence. Expelled from the Garden of Eden, they encounter violence, moral failure, and the weight of human imperfection. The album follows both the subjects and their creators as each side confronts what went wrong: Adam and Eve attempting to reach their makers, the creators watching their experiment unravel. The record moves between dense, heavy arrangements and quieter, more ethereal sections, using the full range of progressive metal to map the emotional arc of the story.

  • Bastion Rose Issues a Dystopian Call to Arms with Aggressive New Single “Break The Machine” – Available Now

Bastion Rose Issues a Dystopian Call to Arms with Aggressive New Single “Break The Machine” – Available Now

BLOOMINGTON, IN –Continuing their relentless 2026 release schedule, cinematic hard rock outfit Bastion Rose has announced their most explosive and sonically expansive single yet: “Break The Machine.” Dropping May 8th, the track is a dark, progressive anthem aimed directly at a society standing on the precipice.

As the latest chapter in their upcoming Blue Rising era, “Break The Machine” fuses their signature heavy rock instrumentation with haunting piano and aggressive, dystopian synth textures. The song serves as a rallying cry for a “poisoned youth” to tear down an obsolete world order.

For frontman and songwriter Austin Frink, the track is much more than a sonic evolution—it is a direct response to the current global trajectory.

“The world we are building right now is not the world we want to live in, and it’s certainly not the one we want to create for the future,” says Frink. “We cannot afford to be complacent in the face of this mortal threat. ‘Break The Machine’ is about recognizing the poison that is killing us—whether that’s our systems, our leaders, our media, or our own apathy—and realizing we finally have the tools to dismantle it. We have to become the masters of our own fate before time runs out.”

Building upon the world-class sonic foundation established on their previous records (Traces of Gold and Fade To Blue), produced by the Grammy-winning David Bottrill (TOOL, Muse, Mastodon, Godsmack, Coheed and Cambria, Smashing Pumpkins, Rush), the band’s new material is capturing a passionate global audience

“Break The Machine” is now available on all major streaming platforms

  • Maximum Robot Signs with Epictronic for New Album Away With the Fairies

Maximum Robot Signs with Epictronic for New Album Away With the Fairies

Explosive UK grunge-rock act Maximum Robot is proud to announce their official signing with Epictronic Records. This powerhouse partnership sets the stage for the release of their highly anticipated fourth studio album, “Away With The Fairies”, set on 15 May 2026.

Maximum Robot is a grunge band from Andover, England, was founded by guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Gazza Williams. After decades of effort, drummer Vyara Petkova joined in 2019, followed by bassist Dave Hull, forming the original lineup—but they never performed live together. Pandemic disruptions and lineup changes followed, with Williams and Hull finally playing their first gigs in Autumn 2024. In 2025, work began on their fourth album, and Jack Chapman replaced Hull on bass, bringing a heavier, rawer sound. The current duo, Chapman and Williams, upholds the band’s motto: “Music Never Dies.”

The album’s lyrical content covers themes such as daydreaming and being detached for reality. The title “Away With The Fairies” basically means you are in a world of your own, or not connected to reality or the world around you. This theme runs through the whole album. Fairies come from Celtic mythology, and this features heavily in the band’s artwork. They define their sound as grunge but with influences from punk rock and metal of various sub-genres. Their sound on this album is based on four people. The drummer, the bass player, the guitarist/vocalist, and the engineer who recorded, mixed, and mastered the songs. Each person has their own influences and style, so you get a totally unique sound that sounds like no other band.
If you take Nirvana, NOFX, and Dream Theater, and try to mash them together with an English accent, you might get something like Maximum Robot! While they take inspiration and influence from other bands, they also aim to and hope to create something new and inspire the next generation. They are really happy with this album and feel that it does demonstrate that nothing sounds like Maximum Robot.

“We were delighted to sign with Epictronic,” said Maximum Robot. “They have an obvious passion for music and totally get what we’re trying to do. It’s also fantastic to have somebody to help promote our music so we don’t have to do everything on our own. With this album, we feel Epictronic is the perfect partner for the release.”
